Education Counselor

The Education Counsellor will be responsible for understanding students’ needs, explaining course details, and helping them with admissions. You will play an important role in supporting students throughout their learning journey.

Responsibilities:

• Build tie-ups with colleges, institutions, and training partners
• Attend college events to promote Skillcure Academy’s courses
• Conduct webinars, seminars, and workshops for students
• Generate leads through online & offline activities
• Explain course details to interested students during events/webinars
• Follow up with leads and support in admissions
• Maintain daily records of outreach and partnerships
• Support marketing team in promotional campaigns
• Work with the admissions team to achieve monthly targets

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain information clearly and confidently
• Basic knowledge of sales and counselling
• Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Google Sheets)
• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply

Education:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream)
• Candidates with experience in counselling or tele-calling will be preferred

• Location: A-78, below Noida Sector 15 metro station, A Block, Sector 2, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301
• Job Type: Full-time / On-site
• Salary: Based on Fresher
• Working Days: 6 days
• Timings: As per institute schedule
