Education Counselor (Male)

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and participants on suitable educational programs based on their goals and interests
• Guide individuals through the enrollment and on boarding process
• Provide ongoing support, mentorship, and follow-up to ensure high engagement and satisfaction
• Maintain detailed records of counseling sessions and learner progress
• Collaborate with trainers, mentors, and program coordinators to align offerings with participant needs
• Gather feedback to improve curriculum and learner experience
• Represent the institution at events, webinars, and information sessions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business, Fashion, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in academic counseling, training guidance, or career advisory roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of creative industries, fashion, or entrepreneurship is an added advantage
• Tech-savvy with experience in CRM tools, Google Workspace, Zoom, and social platforms

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
