Job Description

Job Title: Education Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries regarding IT courses.
Understand students’ academic background, career goals, and learning needs to recommend the most suitable courses.
Provide clear and detailed information on course content, duration, fees, certification, and placement assistance.
Follow up regularly with potential students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure engagement and conversion.
Meet and exceed monthly enrollment and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update CRM/MIS systems promptly.
Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and course support.
Actively participate in seminars, webinars, workshops, and educational outreach events as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
