Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Education Counselor located in Karimnagar. The Education Counselor will be responsible for providing educational consulting and career counseling to students. Daily tasks include advising students on academic and career planning, conducting student counseling sessions, and assisting with educational decisions. The role involves regular communication with students, parents, and faculty to ensure the best educational outcomes for students.

Qualifications

• Educational Consulting and Student Counseling skills
• Career Counseling and Education skills
• Strong verbal and written Communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Karimnagar
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field

Your KRA as defined by the organization are as follows:

• Handling Walk-in/ telephonic inquiries

• Counseling the Students and Parents for various Program

• Convince and convert the inquiries into Admissions

• Achieving Individual Monthly Targets

• Visiting Schools and Colleges for presentations

• Collect feedback from participants and consolidate the same

• Cold Calling/Data Calling

• Preparing MIS Report

• Conducting Seminars

• Creating Walkins in the Center

• Any other responsibility assigned by the HQ from time to time
