Role: Education Counsellor (On-site)

Location: Andheri (East)

Key Responsibilities:

· Inbound & Outbound Calling

Make outbound calls to prospective students or parents from lead databases.

Answer inbound queries related to courses, admission, and eligibility.

· Lead Conversion

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, webinars, or walk-ins.

Counsel and convert leads into admissions or course enrollments.

· Course Counselling

Provide detailed information about educational programs.

Understand the student's background, career goals, and suggest suitable courses.

· Maintaining Records

Update CRM or internal systems with call logs, lead status, and follow-up schedules.

Maintain records of conversations for future reference and performance tracking.

Required Skills:

· Excellent Written and Verbal Communication

Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and persuasively with students and stakeholders.

· Multitasking Abilities

Capable of handling multiple tasks such as calling, follow-ups, data entry, and coordination efficiently.

· Teamwork and Collaboration

Works effectively within a team environment and coordinates well with peers and other departments to achieve common goals.

Required Qualifications:

· Undergraduate or Graduate
