Education Counsellor (Inside Sales)

You will be responsible for counselling prospective students about the various undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) courses offered by the institution. This includes guiding them through different degree programs and admission procedures. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting counselling sessions through data calling and online chat servers. - Advising students on specific degree programs and admission procedures. - Collecting feedback from participants and consolidating the responses. - Handling queries over the telephone and converting leads into admissions. - Recording and maintaining leads information and making follow-up calls. - Maintaining records of telephonic and walk-in interactions for the day. To qualify for this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any field. - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector or a related industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong sales acumen with the ability to influence and persuade others. - Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant technology tools. - Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets.
