Education Counsellor (Inside Sales)

As a Student Counsellor, your main responsibility will be to provide guidance and counselling to prospective students regarding the various undergraduate and postgraduate courses available. You will engage in counselling activities through data calling and online chat services, offering advice on specific degree programs and admission procedures. Gathering feedback from participants and addressing their queries over the telephone will also be part of your role. Your aim will be to convert leads into successful admissions by maintaining records of leads, both telephonically and walk-ins, for the day. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in any field and have demonstrated experience in sales, preferably within the education sector or a related industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a knack for sales, influencing others, and delivering exceptional service. You should be capable of working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant technology tools is preferred, and a goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving targets will be advantageous.
