Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Education Counselor to join our team at our Noida office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with doctors who have completed their MBBS and are interested in pursuing postgraduate (PG) courses within India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel MBBS graduates on available PG courses and admission processes in India
• Follow up with prospective students and respond to inquiries via calls, emails, or in person
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of student interactions and follow-ups
• Provide end-to-end guidance from course selection to application and documentation
• Build relationships with doctors, hospitals, and medical institutions
• Stay updated with NEET PG counseling trends, exam patterns, and admission rules

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in NEET/medical education counseling (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of NEET PG structure, medical college admissions, and the Indian medical education system
• Fluency in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
