About Us

At Roobaroo.ai, we’re building India’s first holistic 21st Century Bootcamp — a pioneering program that blends career growth and wellbeing into one framework. Grounded in NEP 2020, Stanford’s case-based learning methods, and the National Skills Qualifications Framework, this bootcamp is co-created by experts from IIT Kharagpur, IIM Ahmedabad, Amazon, PhysicsWallah, BCG, and more.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a well-connected education leader / senior consultant who resonates with this mission and can open doors for us across schools, colleges, and parent networks. Someone who principals, MDs, and educators already trust — and who believes that education in India needs to move beyond rote learning and exam pressure.

What You’ll Do

1. Use your relationships with school leaders, principals, and college educators to bring Roobaroo’s bootcamp into institutions.
2. Work with us to organize workshops, conferences, and exposure events that spread this new model of learning.
3. Help us reach out to schools and colleges across NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and other towns of India.
4. Be a partner in shaping how India’s students and parents experience holistic growth

Ideal Profile

1. A known, trusted figure among educators and institutions.
2. Deep relationships with principals, MDs, and decision-makers in schools/colleges.
3. Passionate about reshaping education for balance, resilience, and future readiness.
4. Excited to work with a young, mission-driven team bringing innovation into classrooms.
