Job Description

As an Education Consultant / Academic Counselor, you will play a vital role in guiding students towards selecting the appropriate courses and facilitating the admission process. Your primary responsibility will involve counseling students and parents on various courses and career options, ensuring they make well-informed decisions. You will be expected to assist students throughout the admission process, handle inquiries via phone, walk-ins, and online platforms, and maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students. Providing accurate information about educational institutions and programs will be crucial, along with achieving monthly admission targets. To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree, although freshers are welcome, and any prior experience in counseling or admission roles will be advantageous. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet targets. Fluency in English and Malayalam is required to effectively communicate with students and parents. This position is full-time and permanent, catering to both freshers and experienced professionals. The benefits include cell phone reimbursement, and the work location is based in Calicut, Kerala. Reliable commuting or planning to relocate before starting work is preferred for this role.
