Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Edtech Counselor located in Delhi, India. The Edtech Counselor will be responsible for advising students on educational programs, assisting with enrollment processes, providing guidance on career paths, and responding to inquiries from potential students. Additionally, the counselor will work closely with the product team to understand and communicate the features and benefits of our educational offerings to prospective learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide students in choosing the right tech path
• Explain our EdTech course offerings clearly and effectively
• Suggest internship opportunities that match students' learning paths
• Respond to student queries via calls, messages
• Stay updated on latest tech careers (e.g., Data Science, AI/ML, Cybersecurity)
• Track common queries and contribute to improving FAQs and support flow

What we are looking for:

• Good understanding of tech career paths, trends, and terminology
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in EdTech, academic counseling, or tech education preferred
