Content Planning : Develop and plan radio program content, including topics, scripts, interviews, and features, to engage the target audience. Script Editing : Review and edit scripts for radio shows, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and engaging storytelling. Voice Direction : Provide guidance to radio hosts and announcers regarding voice modulation, tone, and style for on-air delivery. Technical Oversight : Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proper sound quality, transitions, and broadcasting standards. Live Broadcasts : Manage live broadcasts, cueing segments, music, and advertisements, while adhering to broadcast schedules. Guest Coordination : Arrange and coordinate guest interviews, ensuring smooth interactions and compelling content. Post-Production : Oversee the editing, mixing, and post-production processes to produce high-quality radio content. Audience Engagement : Interact with listeners, respond to feedback, and integrate audience participation into radio programming.
