Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Ecommerce Specialist located in Itarsi at Step To Guide. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing seller accounts, processing orders, reviewing returns, participating in promotional activities, and optimizing sales strategies to boost monthly sales. Qualifications Analytical Skills, E-Commerce, and Sales skills Experience in Customer Service and Communication Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong problem-solving abilities Knowledge of online marketplace platforms like Flipkart & Amazon Experience in digital marketing or online sales is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Show more Show less
