Job Title: E-commerce Manager/ Ecommerce Executive Experience: 3-6 years Industry: E-commerce (Preferably in Home Decor D2C Brand) Location: Offline, Noida Sector 8 Working Days: Six days a week Role & responsibilities : Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets. Oversee the day-to-day management of the online store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to increase conversions. Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Collaborate with marketing, design, and logistics teams to ensure the timely execution of product launches and promotions. Manage inventory levels in coordination with the supply chain team to avoid stockouts and ensure optimal product availability. Monitor competitor trends, market conditions, and customer preferences to stay ahead in the market. Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer feedback, returns, and resolving issues effectively. Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to continuously improve user experience and site performance. Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends, tools, and technologies to maintain competitive advantage. Preferred candidate profile: Experience with home decor or lifestyle brands is highly desirable. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices. Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization. Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
