About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Operations Executive to manage and streamline our day-to-day e-commerce activities. The ideal candidate will handle order placements, track shipping, manage stock, coordinate with vendors, and support customer interactions, ensuring smooth backend operations for our e-commerce business.Key Responsibilities:Track and follow up on shipping status for all orders across platformsPlace and monitor orders on supplier portals like Qikink and MyxturCross-check order bills, listings, and website uploads for accuracyManage customer interactions on WhatsApp and maintain communication recordsCoordinate corporate/bulk order registrations and follow-ups (e.g., via IndiaMart)Maintain inventory records and oversee packaging tasksExplore new platforms for listing and selling productsIdentify new vendors or products for potential partnershipsSupport operational reporting using Excel and other toolsRequirements:Proficient in English, Kannada, and Hindi (spoken and written)Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google SheetsStrong communication and coordination skillsBasic understanding of e-commerce operations preferredAbility to multitask, stay organised, and work independently
