Agency Ace: Become the single point of contact for our e-commerce agency, coordinating all activities for the Bullpadel online store on Shopify, Ajio Luxe, and other marketplaces.Listing & Stock Guru: Own the online product experienceoverseeing product uploads, pricing accuracy, SKU management, and ensuring real-time stock visibility.Brand Guardian: Ensure flawless brand consistency across all digital listings, visuals, and descriptions.Data Driven: Track and analyze online sales performance, delivering clear, weekly reports to fuel our strategy.Campaign Support: Assist the marketing team in executing compelling digital campaigns and online product launches.

Retail & Distribution Hustle

Relationship Rockstar: Identify and onboard new retail partners and distributors in key Indian cities to expand the Bullpadel footprint.Operational Excellence: Manage existing retail relationships, focusing on timely order processing, stock replenishment, and swift resolution of any issues.Logistics Leader: Coordinate with our warehousing and logistics partners to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries across all channels.Direct Sales Support: Handle smaller, high-value B2C requests directly from clubs or elite players for rackets and gear.

Operations & Strategy Support

Tracker King/Queen: Maintain a centralized, hyper-accurate tracker for inventory, dynamic pricing, and retailer sales performance.Process Pro: Assist with essential documentation, including purchase orders and dispatch updates.Strategize to Win: Work closely with the Head of Retail to develop new sales strategies, key partnerships, and product planning for the Indian market.

Who Are We Looking For

• Education & Experience: You have a Bachelors degree and 1-3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce or retail operations
• E-commerce Mindset: You understand the rhythm of online retail and are comfortable coordinating with agencies and managing marketplace operations
• Detail Driven: You have an eye for detail, especially with inventory, pricing, and data tracking (Excel/Google Sheets mastery is a must)
• Communication Ninja: Your coordination skills are top-notchyou can manage partners, agencies, and internal teams effortlessly
