Ecommerce Operation Executive

• Manage product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, company website, etc.)
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely order processing, packing, and dispatch
• Track and monitor orders, returns, and refunds to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain and update inventory records to avoid stockouts or overstocking
• Analyze product performance and provide insights to improve sales and visibility
• Monitor competitor pricing and promotions to optimize listing strategies
• Liaise with customer service to address complaints, queries, and feedback
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, deals, and offers on marketplaces
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly operational reports for management review

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations (freshers with relevant internships may apply)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with marketplace seller panels
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
