Job Title: Ecommerce Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Executive to manage and optimize product listings across various e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining product listings to enhance visibility, accuracy, and conversion rates. This role requires a keen eye for detail, knowledge of SEO principles, and a strong understanding of e-commerce marketplaces.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, update, and manage product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms such as Flipkart, Nykaa, Tata click, Myntra, First Cry and Shopify.
  • Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords to improve search rankings and visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze listing performance, making necessary adjustments to enhance conversion rates.
  • Ensure accurate product categorization, pricing, and inventory management to avoid stock discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, inventory, and design to ensure high-quality product presentation.
  • Implement SEO strategies and best practices to improve product discoverability and sales.
  • Handle listing issues, errors, and compliance requirements across different platforms.
  • Research market trends and competitor listings to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate reports on listing performance, sales trends, and optimization efforts for management review.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce policies, platform guidelines, and industry trends to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in e-listing management or e-commerce operations.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, Nykaa, Tata click, Myntra, First Cry and Shopify
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to track and improve listing performance.
  • Ability to work with content management systems and image editing tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience of minimum 2 years with listing automation tools and bulk upload processes.
  • Understanding of PPC advertising and promotional strategies on e-commerce
  • platforms.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and e-commerce analytics tools.
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Working Hours: 10am to 7pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
