ECOMMERCE EXECUTIVE

We are Hiring a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce executive to support our online operations. The ideal candidate will assist in managing product listings, coordinating with various platforms like Flipkart, Meesho, Amazon, JioMart etc, 2 years of experience handling product listings across leading e-commerce marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Management

Assist in uploading and maintaining product listings across platforms, ensure product information, pricing, and images are accurate and up to date.

2. Inventory Coordination

Regularly monitor stock levels, coordinate with the inventory team to avoid stockouts and overstocking.

3. Order Processing

Support end-to-end order fulfillment, ensure orders are processed, packed, and delivered to customers on time and accurately.

4. Payments Verify:

Verify daily payments received on all platforms (Flipkart, Meesho, Amazon, JioMart).

Review return requests, update and share the final sheet with the team by end of day (EOD).

4. Customer Service

Handle customer inquiries through various channels, resolve complaints or issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
