Ecommerce Executive (Female)

We are seeking a serious and committed professional who is fully dedicated to their role.

Requirements:

• Full-time position – No part-time or work-from-home options.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of order processing, product listing, inventory management, and e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
• Skills in document filing, emailing, and record keeping.
• Ability to coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams.
• Only local candidates from Ludhiana, Punjab will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily e-commerce operations and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Manage product listings, pricing updates, and stock availability.
• Handle customer queries and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
• Maintain accurate sales, inventory, and performance records.
• Lead the e-commerce operations team to ensure smooth order processing, timely dispatches, and optimal platform performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)
