Job role- E-Commerce Business Associate

Are you an e-commerce enthusiast with a knack for turning clicks into customers and data into decisions? We’re on the hunt for a creative, analytical, and ambitious E-commerce Executive who’s ready to make an impact and grow with us.

Position Requirement:

 Managing Online Portals of the clients

 Manage online e commerce account of clients

 Responds to customer web inquiries regarding online merchandise or service orders

 Assists customers with product selection, answers basic questions, and suggests various product

options that are available.

 Understanding client problems

 Ensures prompt and proper resolution of client queries by providing additional information or escalating the issue.

 Qualification:

 Qualification- BBA/BE/MBA/BCA/MCA

 Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

 Accountability and responsibility of work assigned

 Expert in MS Office

 Efficient at email and cell communication

 Ability to work as part of a team

 Can handle many projects/assignments at the same time

 Build client relations

 Experience required- 0-2 years
