  • About the Role:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager for our product-based brand with deep expertise in ecommerce sales campaigns, marketplace ads, and ROAS-driven performance marketing. This role requires hands-on experience in managing ad campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces, along with strong command over Google Ads for e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute e-commerce performance campaigns to drive sales across platforms.
  • Manage marketplace advertising on Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and other relevant portals.
  • Track and optimize cost per sale, ROAS, conversions, ACOS, TACOS, and overall sales performance.
  • Strategize and execute Google Ads campaigns for ecommerce, Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance Max.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end sales funnels for ecommerce.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance, product visibility, buy-box competitiveness, and ad spend allocation.
  • Work on listing optimization, pricing strategies, content quality, and category growth.
  • Coordinate with inventory, sales, design, and product teams for campaign improvement.
  • Conduct detailed performance reporting, including sales KPIs, ROAS, and marketplace insights.
  • Identify growth opportunities across channels and implement actionable plans.

Must-Have Skills

  • Google Ads experience is mandatory (Shopping, PMax, Search).
  • Hands-on experience in Amazon and Flipkart advertising.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics – ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, cost per sale, product visibility.
  • Proven expertise in running sales-led ad campaigns for e-commerce brands.
  • Ability to handle large budgets and deliver measurable results.

Good to Have

  • Experience with tools like Helium10, Jungle Scout, and Amazon Brand Analytics.
  • Prior experience in D2C/marketplace operations.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,558.66 - ₹66,552.62 per month
