Role Summary

E-commerce Sales Head

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive global e-commerce sales strategy across Amazon Global, D2C, and other marketplaces.
  • Expand brand presence across US, EU, Middle East, and APAC regions.
  • Manage marketplace operations pricing, listings, ads, and logistics (FBA/FBM).
  • Identify growth opportunities, optimize ROI, and manage international P&L.
  • Build and lead a high-performing international sales team.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of e-commerce and international sales experience.
  • Prior experience with

    Amazon Global

    or similar marketplaces.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and leadership skills.
  • Proven success in driving cross-border sales and market expansion.
  • MBA or equivalent preferred.
