Job Title: E-commerce Data Entry Operator – Jewellery Brand

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Data Entry Operator to manage jewellery product listings and ensure accurate data across online platforms. The ideal candidate should be familiar with jewellery details and online catalogue management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload and update jewellery products on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
• Enter product details: design code, metal type, weight, purity, stone details, price, and SKU.
• Ensure accuracy in product descriptions, keywords, and categories.
• Coordinate with the design and photography teams for images and specifications.
• Maintain product inventory, stock status, and pricing updates.
• Regularly audit listings for accuracy and completeness.
• Generate daily or weekly upload reports.

Requirements:

• Graduate (preferably in Commerce or related field).
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or jewellery catalogue management.
• Strong in MS Excel and attention to detail.
• Understanding of jewellery terminology (gold, diamond, gemstone, karat).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
