ECM Implementation Manager cum Scrum Master

As an ECM Implementation Manager cum Scrum Master at NTT DATA, your role will involve managing ECM, Document Management System, Microservices, and Java within the Banking domain. You will be required to work in an Agile environment using tools like Kanban, Jira, and possibly Sprints/Scrum. Your responsibilities will include managing releases through Remedy, coordinating deployments, responding to production incidents, and collaborating with the Java Microservices team. It is essential for you to enforce SCRUM disciplines, ensure project alignment, promote a healthy team environment, organize daily stand-ups, and keep the IT team focused on sprint plans.
