As an Analyst in Equity Capital Markets at Equirus, you will be responsible for: - Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of regulations such as SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, SEBI (LODR) Regulations, Companies Act, 2013, and other relevant laws. - Proficiency in the processes involved in Capital Market transactions. - Working effectively in a dynamic team environment with minimal supervision. - Proficient use of MS Office tools including Word, Excel, and Power Point. - Efficiently managing and prioritizing tasks with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. - Availability for travel as and when required. Location: Mumbai Role Requirement: - 1-3 years of experience in an Investment Bank with a focus on Corporate Finance related to Equity Capital Markets. - Qualifications such as MBA, CA, CS, or LLB with relevant experience.
