About The Role

The Experience Centre Operations Lead will manage a team of Project Managers and SiteSupervisors who handle the on-ground execution of Experience Centres across multiplecities. You will own end-to-end delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality execution bycoordinating with vendors, managing project schedules, resolving blockers, and driving thesuccessful launch of Experience Centres within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery & Execution
• Oversee end-to-end execution of Experience Centres across cities.
• Ensure all centres are delivered on time, within deadlines, and at the highest quality.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and critical paths.
• Monitor progress using weekly reviews, dashboards, and targeted follow-ups.
• Team Leadership
• Directly manage Project Managers and Site Supervisors responsible for individual
  

centres.

• Provide daily guidance, problem-solving support, and escalation handling.
• Ensure team members follow execution SOPs, quality standards, and timelines.
• Collaborate with the central team of design, procurement, and vendor management
  

for seamless execution.

• Risk Identification & Blocker Resolution
• Proactively identify execution risks, site-level issues, and possible delays.
• Devise contingency plans well in advance to prevent timeline slippages.
• Act as the escalation point for all execution-related challenges.
• Quality Governance
• Ensure strict adherence to quality benchmarks at every phase of execution.
• Validate material specifications, workmanship standards, and final handover quality.
• Implement corrective actions wherever quality deviations are observed.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 510 years of experience in project execution, interior fitouts, retail rollouts, or
  

multi-site operations.

• Strong leadership experience managing site teams (site supervisors, project
  

managers, contractors).

• Proven expertise in project scheduling, vendor management, and execution planning.
• Ability to anticipate blockers and proactively implement solutions.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and execution discipline.
