Job Description for HRMS Technical . Experience: 1. Should have worked on most of the Modules HRMS 2. Preferred working experience of 8 – 12 years in R12 3. Worked in at least 1 Implementation or Upgrade project in R12 4. Having Domain experience of minimum 1 Year will be added advantage. 5. Good Understanding of Business Flows and processes 6. Excellent Analytical and Debugging skills on problem Solving 7. Good Communications and a Team Player 8. Complete implementation experience of HRMS 9. Strong knowledge and experience on HRMS operation process and the technical components • SQL • PLSQL • RICE Components (Reports, Interfaces , Conversions & Forms) • User hooks • WEDADI’s • Workflow’s • Having OAF knowledge added advantage. • Strong knowledge on the HRMS API’s. 10. Experience on managing support activities 11. Willing to work in shifts and operations support
