EBS HRMS Lead OTL Sub Con

As an Oracle Apps HCM OTL Techno-Functional expert with experience in Oracle Timesheet in Mobile Apps, you will leverage your 8+ years of EBS HRMS Techno Functional OTL knowledge to support and enhance the HCM OTL modules and Timesheet functionalities. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and customizing the current HCL OTL Module setups for Oracle EBS version 12.2.10, as well as providing support for OTL setup and related configurations. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements for new features and functionalities, and work independently with UK clients to ensure effective communication and understanding of their needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing user setup issues, customizing layouts by adding/modifying fields, and enhancing business logic in the OTL Mobile App. Your role will also involve debugging issues, providing solutions for HCL OTL Module modules, and coordinating with Oracle and business teams for Oracle SRs. You will be expected to conduct impact analysis, create detailed solution designs, perform unit testing and integration testing, and provide support for UAT. Furthermore, you will document requirements, use cases, and test scripts, and assist in the handover to production support. In addition, you will play a key role in supporting production by identifying repetitive issues and proposing permanent fixes, ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the Oracle Apps HCM OTL functionalities. Your proactive approach and technical expertise will contribute to the success of the project and help in building sustainable communities worldwide.,
