EBS HRMS Lead OTL Sub Con

As an Oracle Apps HCM OTL Techno-Functional with Oracle Timesheet in Mobile Apps, your role involves the following responsibilities: - Understanding the current application HCL OTL Module Setups for Oracle EBS version 12.2.10 for HCM OTL modules and Timesheet - Supporting OTL setup and related configurations - Analyzing the EBS HRMS interfaces - Reviewing user setup issues - Customizing the Layout by Adding/Modifying Fields (e.g. Start Time, Stop Time, Comments, etc.) - Adding/Modifying rules or business logic in OTL Mobile App - Debugging issues and providing solutions for HCL OTL Module modules - Taking requirements from stakeholders for new features/functionalities - Coordinating with Oracle, Business for Oracle SRs - Performing impact analysis - Detailing solution design - Conducting Unit testing & Integration testing - Supporting UAT - Appending documentation for requirement gatherings, use cases, Test scripts - Handing over to production support - Helping Production Support for identifying repetitive issues and proposing solutions for a permanent fix Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in EBS HRMS Techno Functional OTL (including experience in OTL Mobile APP) - Good Communication skills & ability to work with UK Client independently About the Company: Birlasoft, a global leader in Cloud, AI, and Digital technologies, blends domain expertise with enterprise solutions to empower societies worldwide.
