EBM Production Engineer

Job Title: EBM (Extrusion Blow Molding) Production Engineer

Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Production Oversight: Manage daily operations of EBM machines to ensure smooth and efficient production.
• Process Optimization: Fine-tune parameters to maintain consistent product quality and reduce defects.
• Mold Changeovers & Trials: Conduct machine setups and validate new product trials.
• Shift Supervision: Lead shift activities, monitor manpower productivity, and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Compliance & Hygiene: Enforce GMP, FSSAI/BRC standards and maintain hygiene in food-grade environments.
• Maintenance Coordination: Collaborate with maintenance teams for preventive and corrective actions.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate production records, rejection analysis, and shift reports.
• Training & Safety: Train operators on machine handling, safety protocols, and 5S practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical / Plastics / Polymer / Production Engineering
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in EBM operations
• Strong knowledge of EBM machines (e.g., Kautex, Bekum, Uniloy)
• Understanding of polymer behavior (HDPE, PP)
• Effective team management and troubleshooting skills
