Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an EB-Underwriter located in New Delhi. The EB-Underwriter will be responsible for evaluating applications for insurance coverage, determining the necessary level of risk, and preparing policy endorsements. Daily tasks include analyzing risk, developing underwriting policies, communicating with clients and brokers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. The role also involves maintaining accurate records and reports to track the status of underwriting activities.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience in risk assessment and evaluation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using underwriting software and tools
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Familiarity with insurance regulations and industry standards is a plus
• Previous experience in employee benefits underwriting is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
