Early Years Educator

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our nurturing and dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities aligned with early years curriculum.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where children feel valued and encouraged to learn.
• Observe and assess children’s development and maintain accurate records of progress.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Promote effective communication and social development in children.
• Ensure a clean, stimulating, and engaging classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the overall educational experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• A genuine passion for teaching and early childhood development.
• Compassionate, patient, and nurturing demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (preferred).
• Knowledge of early years frameworks and child safeguarding practices.
