Early Engagement Assistant Marketing Manager

As an Early Engagement Assistant Marketing Manager at Fidelity International, you will be a part of the Engagement & Retention department within the Customer Growth & Retention Marketing Team based in Gurgaon. Reporting to the Early Engagement Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in driving customer engagement, service utilization, and brand loyalty to establish Fidelity as the preferred pension and investment platform for customers. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing customer engagement strategies focusing on early engagement, workplace-specific initiatives, and marketing tactics to enhance customer outcomes. You will collaborate with the Engagement Manager and Senior Manager to execute engagement campaigns, optimize customer touchpoints, and monitor performance to maximize effectiveness and ROI through data-driven insights. In addition, you will work on growing marketing reach through targeted initiatives, drive early engagement activities within the first 12 months, conduct competitor analysis, and analyze campaign performance to provide recommendations for improvement. Your role will also require proficiency in customer-centric marketing campaign execution, performance insight and reporting, strong communication skills, collaboration, project/campaign management, and continuous personal development.
