As a Performance Marketing Manager: Search at Fidelity International (FIL), you will be a key player in driving measurable prospect growth through the development, implementation, and refinement of a data-driven, integrated search strategy encompassing both SEO and PPC. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver prospect acquisition growth across all Personal Investing Products and Services during both ongoing and campaign-specific periods. Your role will require a strong background in paid and organic search, along with robust analytical skills to manage competing deadlines effectively. Your keen attention to detail and natural curiosity will enable you to identify innovation opportunities and address performance gaps swiftly. Collaborating closely with your Performance Marketing colleagues, you will work towards driving efficient, cross-channel prospect demand generation. Additionally, you will lead a team of two direct reports, showcasing your passion for people leadership. Key Responsibilities: **Search Marketing Strategy:** - Develop, implement, and refine an integrated search strategy (SEO and PPC) to generate and cultivate prospect demand for new prospect acquisition. - Collaborate closely with Brand & Acquisition Campaign, Site Performance, and Product Marketeers to develop the annual search marketing plan and associated forecast and budget plan. - Analyze customer data and behavior to identify opportunities for prospect acquisition across various products and services within the Search domain. - Utilize the latest tools and stay updated on opportunities and threats to adapt the strategy accordingly. **Execution and Optimization:** - Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Bing to drive optimal visibility, efficiencies, and conversion rates during ongoing and campaign integration periods. - Develop advanced audience targeting strategies and manage PPC budgets to drive prospect acquisition and conversions. - Focus on continual campaign optimization and innovation, collaborating with other Performance Marketing channel leads for optimal digital budget allocation. **Collaboration:** - Manage relationships with core stakeholders across Marketing, the broader GPS business, and Digital Agency partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of Search activities. - Educate the business on the latest SEO techniques and best practices, proactively highlighting opportunities to support growth objectives. **Performance Analysis:** - Monitor search performance against core KPIs, deliver clear, data-driven reports and insights, and strengthen foundations for full-funnel modeling. - Present monthly campaign reports and quarterly KPI Reviews, demonstrating progress against the strategic search roadmap and in-year forecasts. - Drive improvements to organic rankings and traffic through technical SEO audits and optimizations. **People Leadership:** - Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, including two direct reports. Key Competencies and Experience: - Technical Search Expertise: 3+ years of experience in SEO and PPC, with a track record of driving demand generation. - Performance Insight and Reporting: Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools. - Agency Management: Proficiency in managing third-party partners. - Communication Skills: Effective communicator experienced in presenting strategies and building relationships. - Project / Campaign Management: Ability to manage multiple initiatives, budgets, and deadlines effectively. - People Leadership and Development: Passionate about leading and developing teams. - Industry Experience: Experience in Financial Services is advantageous.
