Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Convert and format content into digital publishing formats such as XML, HTML, EPUB, and PDF
Apply correct tagging, styling, and layout as per publishing guidelines
Conduct basic quality checks to ensure formatting accuracy
Follow standard processes and meet daily production targets
Coordinate with team members and report progress regularly
Learn and use digital publishing tools and templates

Preferred candidate profile

Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Ability to understand formatting rules and apply them consistently
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and comprehension skills
Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies in the publishing domain
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
