Key Responsibilities - Onboarding & Registration - Set up and manage our store on various e-commerce platforms. - Ensure compliance with platform guidelines during the registration process. - Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and images. - Promotional Campaigns - Plan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns to drive traffic and sales growth. - Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better ROI. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align e-commerce campaigns with overall brand strategy. - Sales Growth - identify growth opportunities through competitor analysis and market trends. - Monitor and report sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates. - Recommend strategies to increase revenue and customer retention. - Customer Support - Address customer inquiries and concerns related to e-commerce platforms. - Work on improving the overall customer experience. Qualifications - Proven experience in e-commerce operations, onboarding, and promotional campaigns. - Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc. - Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.Role & responsibilities
