E commerce Senior Executive

Job Description

Conduct market research & outreach to identify prospects and build strong customer relationships. Analyze e-commerce performance data, identify trends, and recommend data-driven strategies for growth. Demonstrate product insights, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals with stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing, development & customer service teams to execute online campaigns & promotions. Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to enhance customer satisfaction & retention. Manage and optimize campaigns via Amazon Ads for better visibility and conversion. Handle product listing, inventory management & coordination with platforms like Amazon, Myntra, TataCliq, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and COCOBLU. Work with e-commerce managers for inventory planning, promotional activities, and FBA shipments. Oversee Item Master Creation, linking listings with product codes, and Uniware inventory management across marketplaces. Represent the company at conferences, events, and trade shows to showcase our products & retail sales initiatives.
