Here are the details of your role: **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide comprehensive support for clients" online business operations and initiatives. - Collaborate with global teams to enhance e-commerce capabilities using new technologies and tools. - Analyze technical and functional tickets to facilitate effective communication between clients and Module teams. - Address regional-specific requests outside the standard framework and escalate complex matters as needed. - Act as a performance manager to maximize online sales and assist in meeting performance goals. - Conduct regular audits of the website to detect and report functional problems, working with the technical team for resolutions. - Generate and share reports about client issues and lead the rollout of new features to support subsidiary requirements. - Participate in sales strategies and discussions with Regional Offices to drive growth and enhance customer experience. **Qualifications:** - Degree in Business, Marketing preferred. - Experience in e-commerce, online marketing, client relationship management, or project management. Previous experience with reputable e-commerce brands is a plus. - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like AEM and Magento, as well as project management tools such as Jira. - Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members. - Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach and focus on process improvement.
