Position: E-commerce Payment Reconciliation Analyst
Location: Noida (On-site)
Experience: 2–5 years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience)

About Us:
We are a fast-growing multi-brand jewelry business managing sales on platforms like Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Amazon, and Blinkit. With over 30,000 orders processed monthly, we're seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage marketplace payment reconciliation and plug revenue leakages.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end reconciliation of payments from Myntra, Nykaa, AJIO, Amazon, etc.
• Analyze and match sales, returns, commissions, logistics charges, and TDS/GST from channel reports vs. internal reports
• Identify short payments, leakages, and mismatches
• Raise claims/disputes with marketplaces within deadlines
• Maintain dashboards and trackers for reconciliation status
• Collaborate with accounting and operations teams for accurate record-keeping

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in reconciliation for e-commerce platforms
• Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) or Google Sheets
• Experience with marketplace panels like Myntra Partner Portal, Amazon Seller Central, etc.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, commission structures is preferred

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with tools like Cleartax, Zohobooks, Tally, Unicommerce, etc.
• Prior work with jewelry or fashion category is a plus
