Job Description

We are seeking an E-commerce Operations Executive responsible for managing end-to-end shipping operations. The role includes handling Shiprocket, ShipGlobal for international shipments, order processing, label and invoice generation, and pickup coordination. The candidate will track shipments, manage RTOs, returns, and reconciliations, resolve courier issues, and ensure timely deliveries. Coordination with internal teams and maintaining shipping MIS reports is required. Experience in e-commerce logistics and strong Excel skills are preferred.
