E-commerce Manager

Key Responsibilities

Catalog & Listings Management

• Manage product listings with precision across all partner marketplaces.
• Update titles, descriptions, and images regularly to boost visibility and SEO.
• Ensure listings meet platform guidelines and reflect current inventory.

Order & Inventory Management

• Monitor and verify online orders for pricing, promotions, and accuracy.
• Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to meet SLAs and TATs.
• Track stock levels and implement strategies to prevent stockouts and overstocking.

Sales & Business Analysis

• Generate daily sales reports and conduct in-depth analysis of category and product performance.
• Analyze customer behavior, competitor strategies, and pricing trends.
• Identify and act on new growth opportunities.

Marketplace & Internal Coordination

• Maintain relationships with key account managers at marketplaces.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, customer support, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations.

Marketing & Promotions

• Plan and execute platform-based promotions (AMS, Flipkart Ads, PLA, etc.).
• Enhance product visibility through performance marketing and campaign optimization.
• Support seasonal and strategic campaigns across all digital channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 36 years of experience in managing e-commerce operations for consumer brands.
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Shopify, Ajio, and TATA CLiQ.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and platform-specific tools.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools (AMS, PLA, SEO/SEM).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
