Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead online sales efforts

across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and Blinkit. The ideal candidate will have experience in running PPC ads, driving business growth, and managing e-commerce operations.

Role & responsibilities

• Platform Management:

  Oversee product listings, pricing, and promotions on Amazon,

Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Blinkit, etc. Ensure listings are optimized for search and

conversion. Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.

• PPC Campaigns:

  Develop and manage PPC campaigns to drive traffic and sales. Analyse

campaign performance and optimize for ROI. Stay updated with PPC trends.

• Business Growth:

  Identify growth opportunities, develop strategies to increase revenue.

Collaborate with marketing for promotional campaigns. Monitor sales performance and

• Inventory Management:

  Work with the supply chain team to ensure adequate stock levels.

Manage inventory turnover, reduce overstock and stockouts.

• Data Analysis & Reporting:

  Analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and market trends to

inform business decisions. Provide performance reports and insights to the founder.

• Management and Internal Coordination:

  Coordinate with the management to ensure the

needs are met and to enhance business opportunities for our internal brands.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of e-commerce management experience on major platforms.
• Female candidate is preferable.
• Proven experience in running successful PPC campaigns.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with the internal team.

Candidates from the Western Line are preferred.
