E-Commerce Manager Internship

As an E-Commerce Intern at our growing fashion/lifestyle brand located in Noida Sector 63, you will play a crucial role in supporting our online store operations. If you are passionate about online shopping, possess a keen eye for detail, and are eager to gain practical experience in managing digital storefronts, we welcome you to join our dynamic team! Your primary responsibilities will include uploading and managing product listings on various platforms such as Shopify, Myntra, Flipkart, and more. You will also be tasked with crafting clear and compelling product descriptions (with guidance), monitoring inventory levels, processing orders, handling returns, and coordinating customer service activities. Additionally, you will analyze website traffic, propose enhancements, collaborate with the design team on banners and creatives, as well as track competitor listings and industry trends. To excel in this role, you should be pursuing or have completed a degree in E-commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field. A basic understanding of Excel/Google Sheets and online marketplace tools is required, while prior knowledge of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is advantageous. Strong written communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a genuine willingness to learn are essential qualities we are looking for in our ideal candidate.
