As a Performance Marketing Manager in our company, your role will involve planning and executing performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads to drive revenue growth. You will lead SEO strategy for on-page, technical, and product-level optimization, as well as manage and optimize e-commerce product listings. Collaboration with designers and developers during website rebuild & modification will be essential for success. It will be your responsibility to track performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, and conversions, and continuously optimize them. Implementing analytics, pixels, and conversion tracking will also fall under your purview to ensure brand-aligned digital presence for a luxury jewelry audience. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads - Drive revenue growth through conversion-focused strategies (CRO) - Lead SEO strategy on-page, technical, and product-level optimization - Manage and optimize e-commerce product listings (categories, descriptions, feeds) - Collaborate with designers and developers during website rebuild & modification - Track performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, conversions) and optimize continuously - Implement analytics, pixels, and conversion tracking - Ensure brand-aligned digital presence for a luxury jewelry audience Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in performance marketing & SEO - Strong experience with e-commerce websites (preferably jewelry / fashion / luxury) - Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Search Console - Good understanding of product SEO and e-commerce listing optimization - Experience working with digital marketing agencies or brands - Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills As a Performance Marketing Manager in our company, your role will involve planning and executing performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads to drive revenue growth.
