We are looking for enthusiastic E-commerce Freshers for intern to join our team and help manage our online sales and digital presence. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in e-commerce, digital marketing, and online retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
• Upload product images, descriptions, and pricing accurately.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team.
• Track orders, shipments, and returns to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in optimizing product content for better visibility and sales.
• Respond to customer queries via chat, email, or social media.
• Support digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and PPC ads.
• Prepare reports on sales, website traffic, and customer behavior.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online shopping trends.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
• Enthusiasm to learn and adapt in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
