Job Description: We’re looking for a proactive E-commerce Executive to manage end-to-end online order operations for Yell, a premium fashion brand. The role includes product listing, order confirmation, shipping coordination, customer support, and post-order follow-up. Key Responsibilities: Upload & manage product listings (Shopify, marketplaces) Process & confirm orders, coordinate with dispatch team Manage courier bookings, track shipments, and handle delays Respond to customer queries (email/WhatsApp) Follow up for reviews and handle returns/exchanges Maintain order & inventory records in Excel/Google Sheets Requirements: 1–3 years of e-commerce experience (fashion/lifestyle preferred) Familiarity with Shopify, Shiprocket, basic Excel Strong communication and coordination skills Detail-oriented and well-organized
