E-Commerce Executive

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales across multiple marketplaces including Etsy, Amazon, Meesho, and Myntra. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product listing, catalog management, order processing, inventory control, and online promotions, ensuring seamless operations and increased visibility of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings, pricing, and catalog updates on Etsy, Amazon, Meesho, and Myntra.
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images for better ranking and visibility.
• Handle order processing, shipment tracking, and returns efficiently.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the operations team for timely inventory updates.
• Analyze sales performance, track KPIs, and prepare reports on marketplace performance.
• Manage promotions, discounts, and campaigns across platforms.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, rules, and quality standards.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and reviews to ensure excellent customer service.
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing Etsy, Amazon, Meesho, and Myntra accounts.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce tools, marketplace algorithms, and product ranking strategies.
• Good understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and keyword optimization for online sales.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in textile, fashion, or home décor categories.
• Knowledge of paid ads and promotional campaigns on marketplaces.
• Familiarity with tools like Amazon Seller Central, Etsy Seller Tools, Myntra Partner Portal, and Meesho Supplier Hub.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
