Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced eCommerce Executive to join our team and oversee product listings across leading marketplace platforms in India. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of eCommerce operations, product catalogue management, stock management and FBA shipments. You will be responsible for ensuring that product information is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for visibility and conversion. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including sales, inventory, and marketing. Key Responsibilities: Manage product listings on various eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) Monitor and update product content, pricing, stock levels, and images regularly • Coordinate with the inventory and logistics team to ensure product availability Analyse platform performance reports and optimize listings accordingly • Plan, prepare, and manage FBA shipments to Amazon fulfilment centres, ensuring accurate labelling, documentation, and timely dispatch in compliance with Amazon's requirements and inventory forecasting. Stay updated with platform policies and market trends to maintain compliance and competitiveness Maintain accurate stock levels, and coordinate restocking • Exhibit a strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, with a passion for leveraging analytics to drive growth, improve customer experience, and support strategic decision-making. Requirements: Proven experience (2+ years) in an eCommerce operations or executive role Solid understanding of inventory management, order processing, and fulfilment processes. Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms and technologies, such as Amazon FBA Proficiency in MS Excel Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO is a plus.
