E-Commerce Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented eCommerce Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in product listing and inventory management, with expertise in Excel and a proven track record in a leading D2C startup environment. This role is essential to ensuring that our eCommerce platforms are effectively managed, with a keen eye on quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Listing & Management: Handle end-to-end product listing on various eCommerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and optimization for SEO and sales performance.
• Inventory Control: Regularly update and monitor inventory levels across platforms to ensure availability and avoid stockouts or overselling.
• Pricing & Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to update product prices and implement promotional campaigns on eCommerce platforms.
• Data Analysis: Utilize Excel to analyze sales trends, track SKU performance, and generate actionable insights.
• Order Management: Ensure smooth order processing by coordinating with logistics and customer service teams, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Market Research: Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify and act on emerging trends and opportunities in the D2C space.

Requirements

• Experience: 2-5 years in a similar role within a leading startup D2C industry.
• Product Listing Expertise: Proficient in managing and optimizing product listings (Parent-child/Bundle/flash light listings etc) on major eCommerce platforms.
• Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and inventory tracking.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to understand trends and optimize for better business outcomes.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Understanding of Listing quality score

Preferred Skills

• Experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart,quick commerce etc.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and SEO for eCommerce.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
